Manager/Senior Manager - Performance Analytics (Real Assets)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teams across the Real Assets group to identify, collect and validate data points to be used for performance analytics
• Will work closely with Research functions to match internal and external data points to form a cohesive picture of our business in the context of our markets
• Produce and analyze regular reports for internal Stakeholders in order to facilitate informed business decisions
• Produce reports for external Stakeholders to explain our business
• Work closely with Investor Relations to support fundraising and current investor communication
• Work on ad hoc projects as they arise
• Provide active input to discussions around analytics and business improvements

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in Alternatives or Financial Institutions working within Performance Analytics, Finance, Fund Operations or Investment Teams
• Prefer demonstrated experience in mining, analyzing and presenting internal data
• Prefer experience in Real Assets
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and to plan and prioritize to ensure efficient and timely deliverables
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Great sense of teamwork
• Have a strong desire to learn and be curious, pro-active and self-motivated
