Our client, a leading global bank in Hong Kong, is looking for an Operations Officer with experience in corporate actions, credit administration or unit trust / fund services to join their Operations Department. Job duties
- Provide operational and services support including reporting to ensure smooth business operations
- Assist in preparing and issuing instructions and client documentation
- Actively participate in business initiatives and projects such as getting user requirements, data analysis, UAT and post-support activities
- Execute processing tasks with accuracy while meeting tight deadlines
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors to support business objectives

Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other relevant fields
- 2 to 5 years of experience in banking industry especially in operations
- Familiar with different operations processes such as corporate actions, KYC, client onboarding, CRS and FATCA review, credit administration and fund services operations
- Strong understanding of banking products across different asset classes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
