About the team

Credit Section is responsible for analyzing and making recommendation on credit applications, checking and reviewing loan documentation, analyzing branch portfolio and prepare portfolio report and etc.

The Credit Control and Administration Team is part of the Credit Section.  The Team is responsible for credit limit registration, collateral evaluation, credit exposure monitoring, credit approval conditions / instruction management, report preparation, audit confirmation, financial spreading, etc..

Role requirements

  1. To perform customer's financial data input;
  2. To perform the scanning of credit documents;
  3. To perform credit facility registration;
  4. To monitor and conduct custody operation, specimen signatures update and filing;
  5. To prepare, check periodic internal and management reports;
  6. To perform other duties / projects as designated by Team Head / Section Head.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure smooth operations of daily works;
  • Prepare periodic internal and/or external management reports with accuracy and timeliness;
  • Ensure good collaboration of working, knowledge sharing and guidance within team.

Work experience, education and skills

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration/Finance/Economics or related discipline;
  • Basic Knowledge in accounting & finance;
  • Good computer skills and experienced in MS Office applications;
  • A team player works closely with seniors to handling financial data operation;
  • High sensitivity to data and able to process work in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese.
