Responsibilities
- Prepare financial analysis and summarise financial trends and insights to support senior management decisions
- Conduct deep dives on cost variance and underlying drivers to ensure alignment with the forecast
- Drive initiatives in enhancing cost transparency and providing new insights on the Banks cost
- Monitor and track major projects spend and corresponding financial benefits and the follow up on any required actions
- Support the workflows in budget planning, strategic planning and forecasting
- Responsible for business partnering with key internal stakeholders in the decisions making
Requirements
- CPA or Equivalent
- At least 10 years of Finance / Accounting working experiences in banking or insurance industry
- Prior experience in financial analysis & planning, especially on technology cost analytics preferred
- Prior experience in managing and tracking cost savings initiative preferred
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS office Excel and Powerpoint
