Responsibilities:

  • Conduct examination of the Non-financial Risk Management Framework to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Regularly assess and track operational risks associated with business activities, identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing appropriate risk mitigation measures.
  • Identify gaps or deficiencies in the risk management processes and procedures, and develop strategies to bridge those gaps and enhance overall risk controls.
  • Oversee the risk governance process for new business ventures and product initiatives, ensuring proper risk evaluation, mitigation, and control mechanisms are in place.
  • Ensure the risk management practices comply with regulatory and control policies.

Requirements:

  • Seasoned risk professional with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience in non-financial risk, business risk, risk & controls, business management/COO office or operational risk.
  • Strong background in global markets (equities / fixed income).
