Principal Accountabilities: This role is transformation and change focussed in its nature. Core accountabilities are:
- Support delivery of business and enterprise-wide transformation engagements.
- Analyse and define the business problems, formulate the project/system scope & objectives, recommend, and implement solutions.
- Develop overall hypothesis for recommendations and identify required analysis for support and validation.
- Maintain and track delivery status and success metrics against the project initiatives portfolio.
- Support production of reporting packs for the various programme committees and stakeholders.
- Engage with cross functional teams and Local Business Unit (LBUs) on project planning and implementation efforts.
- Drive process innovation and digital transformation in the organization. Develop and confirm user requirements, functional design, use cases and testing scenarios.
- Maintain high standards of discipline in establishing and meeting deadlines.
- Implement and support change management in line with project plan requirements.
Candidate Requirements: - 7-10 years of program management / delivery experience, with proven experience in the finance / insurance sector
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a functional / LBU / enterprise-wide transformation.
- Delivery / execution focused, comfortable with high level of uncertainty, highly adaptable.
- Able to build and sustain programme structures, lead project activities, and interact with senior stakeholders.
- Relevant in-house function experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (ability to speak one of more Asian languages desirable).
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups across multiple locations, territories, and cultures.
- Possess high integrity, good analytical mind, and decision-making capabilities.
