Job Responsibilities: - Handle and approve claim cases within pre-set authority and TAT
- Conduct claims investigations and prepare replies.
- Manage pre-approval cases from network providers.
- Respond to priority agents' and clients' inquiries via written emails or calls.
- Address system-related issues, including UR & UAT
- Oversee network provider management, handling phone and email inquiries
- Manage third-party service providers, including data capturing and assessing claims data.
- Assist manager in allocating proper resources for daily tasks
- Lead the team and manage the workload (e.g. resource allocation based on demands)
- Oversee staff performance and development (e.g. coaching, mentoring, regular feedback etc.)
- Provide guidance to junior staff on complex and non-standard cases
- Handle ad hoc assignments from management.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Life Insurance including FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute), ALHC (Associate, Life and Health Claims), ACS (Associate, Customer Service).
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in Claims Operation (preferably within the insurance/financial industry), with 2 years in supervisory role
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese, with knowledge of Mandarin as an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A good team player, always eager to learn and committed to continuous improvement
- Attentive to details, maintaining a high accuracy rate
- Possesses strong analytical skills, along with effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently.
