The role in Agency Strategic Planning is pivotal for ensuring the agency's strategic objectives are met and aligned with the company's broader goals and growth ambitions.
Job Responsibilities - Assist in development and implementation of strategic plans:
- Work closely with the Director of Agency Strategy to design and refine strategic plans.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth implementation of strategies.
- Collaborate with top collaborators and stakeholders:
- Engage in regular discussions with key collaborators to maintain alignment with company objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to clearly communicate agency goals and gather feedback.
- Facilitate Director of Agency Strategy to lead cross-functional teams:
- Act as a liaison between the Director and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to strategic objectives.
- Provide support and resources to teams to overcome challenges and achieve project milestones.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of strategic planning efforts:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic plans.
- Create regular reports detailing progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to agency personnel:
- Offer ongoing support to agency personnel ensure understanding and commitment to strategic plans.
- Provide support to agency on special quotation request and facilitate with providing the best solutions
- Provides support to agency events whichever deem necessary.
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business-related disciplines
- 7 years or above experience in insurance, professional service, financial service
- Industrial Professional Qualification, e.g. CFP , RFC , CFC, LOMA etc
- Experience in financial planning industry, preferably with industry qualification
- Strong presentation skills and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command in English and Cantonese (written and spoken)
