About the team
Operations Planning Section is to provide operations administration and operation support within departments. Also, promote Operation and System projects in corporation with other departments or Head Office and to establish the business continuity plan to mitigate the risk to the branch under emergency situation.
The Operation Administration Team is holding responsibility to provide operational support in AML checking of both incoming and outgoing Swift Hit messages, handling of Provisional Voucher, Certificate of Balance and Confirmation Letter, Re-issuance of A/C Statement and Debit/Credit Advice and Audit Confirmation etc.
Role requirements
- To perform the judgment of both incoming and outgoing Swift Hit Messages in ISCS-AML (the AML checking system).
- To provide support in preparing/conducting Pre-UAT/UAT on AML checking relating to ISO20022 business release on outgoing Cross border payments.
- To handle Provisional Voucher Settlement, Issuance of Certificate of Balance and Confirmation Letter, Re-issuance of A/C Statement and Debit/Credit Advice and Audit Confirmation, etc.
- To review and update the guidelines, workflow and procedures for enhancing the operation/control efficiency.
- To perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
Essential Functions
- AML checking of both incoming and outgoing Swift Hit messages in ISCS-AML.
- Handling of Provisional Voucher Settlement, Issuance of Certificate of Balance and Confirmation Letter, Re-issuance of A/C Statement and Debit/Credit Advice and Audit Confirmation etc.
- Operational support in the branch, whenever necessary.

Work experience, education and skills
- Bachelors Degree holder.
- Minimum 3 years experience of back office operations in the Banking industry with exposure in AML checking.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
