Responsibilities
- Handle corporate banking client onboarding in accordance with internal procedure & regulatory requirements
- Work as a team to review all kinds of materials provided by the related parties and analyzing the risk profiles of the transaction (industry, country, deal structure etc);
- Evaluating credit worthiness of borrowers and transaction structures;
- Preparing and conducting the process of credit applications, with supporting credit officers in the Headquarter if necessary;
- Reviewing and checking the precedents conditions for loan execution, including facility agreements, KYC, legal documents, etc.;
- Regularly monitoring the borrower's performance and credit events;
- Supporting team head and working with other departments for business development in terms of corporate banking;
- Draft the facility documents and review the legal documents;
- Maintain loan assets portfolio in healthy growth;
- Work as a team to handle the customer relationship, such as account opening, documentation signing, etc.;
- Support any ad hoc task or project assigned by management.
Requirements
- Native in spoken & written Korean is a must
- Degree or above
- 1 years + Corporate Banking/ Financial Services Credit Analysis or Front Office experience
- Good experience in making credit related reports
- Fluent in written/ spoken Chinese would be an advantage
- Fresh Graduate candidate will also be considered
