The Senior Director will support the Group Chief Transformation Officer and the wider leadership team in guiding the company through major changes, ensuring that all transformation initiatives are not only implemented effectively but also lead to long-term success and sustainability.
Principal Accountabilities: - Support Local Business Unit (LBUs) Transformation leaders and Strategic Pillar leaders in resolving cross-functional issues on transformation initiatives.
- Rich experiences in agency strategy development or execution on various agency strategic initiatives
- Implementing and managing strategic initiatives that align with the company's goal.
- Utilizing data analytics to support strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Conducting thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics.
- Leading and motivating teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Managing and overseeing strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

- Excellent communication skills to convey strategic plans and updates effectively.
- Exhibit strong executive presence to engage effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Experiences in customer propositions development, digital marketing to support execution of agency initiatives
- Engage relevant Group functions to support governance and delivery of Transformation initiatives, including planning and implementation efforts.
Candidate Requirements: - 15-20 years of program management/ delivery experience.
- Delivery / execution focused, comfortable with high level of uncertainty, highly adaptable.
- Able to build and sustain programme structures, lead project activities, and interact with senior stakeholders.
- In-house function experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (ability to speak one of more Asian languages desirable).
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups across multiple locations, territories, and cultures.
- Possess high integrity, good analytical mind, and decision-making capabilities.
