Operation Specialist

工作职责
·Handle fund of funds products' daily operation and ensure all funds monthly valuation, all relevant trade orders are exucted & recorded on a timely manner. 
·Internally coordinate with legal, compliance as well as other back office and externally cooperate with service providers including but not limited to custodian bank, fund admin, auditors in relation to funds' daily operation, regulatory requirements and ad hoc requests etc. 
·Assist with new products onboarding process by assessing operational feasibility, negotiating with internal back office (i.e risk team, operation team, etc.) and external service providers. 
·Maintain all funds financial data and investors data properly, and prepare internal and external reporting basis on such data.
·Handle internal policy and procedures in investment flow, risk management, operational aspects and continually working to enhance and refine relevant standard. 
·Monitor asset management products in accordance with laws, contract terms, and relevant requirements. Identify, measure, and control asset management risk.
·Be responsible for establishing risk mechanism, analyzing and reporting investment risk indicators. Assist in promoting risk control systematization.
·Responsible for any other ad-hoc projects assigned by team leaders;

·åè°ƒå†…部法律合规及其他中后台部门与外部服务供应商（包括但不限于托管行、基金管理人、审计等）进行基金日常运营，及时响应监管合规及其他各方要求；
·ååŠ©æ–°äº§å“è®¾ç«‹å·¥ä½œï¼Œä»Žè¿è¥è§’度分析产品可行性，并与内部后台部门及外部服务供应商进行沟通；
·å¦¥å–„维护基金产品及投资者信息，准备内外部报告；
·æ ¹æ®æŠ•èµ„、风控、运营等各项流程，梳理并持续完善内控方案与操作手册；
·æ ¹æ®æ³•å¾‹æ³•è§„、合同条款及相关制度等规定对资管产品进行日常监控，对资管业务风险进行识别、评估及应对；
·æ ¹æ®é£Žé™©ç®¡ç†éœ€è¦ï¼Œè´Ÿè´£å„类风险机制的建立、分析及报告，并推进风险管理信息化建设；
·å®Œæˆç»„内其他相关工作。

任职资格
·Minimum1-3 years fund product operation experience in Securities Firm / Fund Administrator division. 
·Solid knowledge in SFC regulated activities and relevant basic compliance & legal skills would be an advantage.
·Good knowledge in programming languages (not limited to Python, Java or VBA etc.) and financial related databases will be preferred.
·Degree holder or equivalent professional certificate candidate is welcomed.
·Good team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented and hard-working.
·Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.

·äº†è§£é¦™æ¸¯è¯ç›‘会的监管活动及具备相关法律合规知识者优先；
·ç†Ÿæ‚‰ç¼–程语言（不限于Python、Java、VBA等）和金融相关数据库者优先；
·ç›¸å…³ä¸“业本科及以上学历，或具备相关职业资格证书；
