This position is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner by addressing customer and agent inquiries through various channels, including hotlines and digital platforms.

Additionally, it contributes to sales by effectively underwriting renewals and handling new quotations for General Insurance Personal Lines products.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle enquiries from agents / customers across different channels such as electronic platform, inbound / outbound call, and walk-in
  • Resolve agents / customers dissatisfaction professionally and build long-term trust with agents / customers during case handling
  • Contribute to the sales and manage portfolio through effective renewal underwriting and handling new quotations
  • Provide agents with quality services to facilitate new sales, and participate in the development of effective tools to facilitate holistic sales journey with ease from selling to policy administration
  • Assist in implementing customer retention initiatives so as to retain renewal business and improve customer experience

Job Requirements
  • Degree holder, professional insurance qualification or having passed IIQE Paper I, II & III, is preferred
  • 3 - 4 years of working experience, preferably in general insurance
  • Experience in customer services/ call center/ underwriting will preferred
  • Knowledge of general insurance products
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Officer.
