What the day will look like - Supports Senior Management and business teams by coordination, control and visualization of data for better decision making
- Provides subject matter expertise in the report generation and Aon tools, including data analysis, preparing reports relates client profitability, sales pipeline, insurer performance reports, etc.
- Support and collaborate with different teams in development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency
- Role holder can be assigned to other tasks within Business Support for business continuity, training, and professional growth.
- Identify opportunities for process streamlining, initiate and lead implementation of ideas that will improve process and optimize efficiency across all business units.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Skills and experience that will lead to success - Degree holder with minimum 5 years working experience in broker firm or insurance company
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team environment
- Mature and be a self-starter
- Good time management skills & ability to work to deadlines / work under pressure / multi-tasks
- Self-motivated to go extra miles and think out of the box for problem solving
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
