About the Role

Plan and take lead on local and oversea events to facilitate effective engagement to agency force. Devie unique marketing leading experiences to drive for business focuses.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Act as project lead for major local and oversea events to ensure projects implement effectively from end-to-end.
  • Formulate annual planning and strategic focuses of events to effectively engage target audience.
  • Plan and design market leading experiences tie-in with business focuses, establish the core framework for effective engagement through events and conventions.
  • Work with senior management to ensure the core focuses and strategy align with the expectation.
  • Manage and coordinate with various key stakeholders to coordinate on different projects and event.
  • Facilitate and engage with the team to formulate out-of-box ideas on various events implementation.
  • Evaluate campaigns and projects effectiveness to establish solution for future enhancement.
  • Coach and develop team members on project management.
  • Budget management and planning
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • University graduate of Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent
  • 6-8 years' relevant experience in Marketing Communication and Events management.
  • Experienced in insurance or financial industry preferred.
  • Proven track record in large scale events management or experience in event agency would be an advantage.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considerate as Manager role.
  • Creative thinking and willing to take-on new challenges, with the ability to develop innovative approach on various projects implementation.
  • Strong ownership and project management skill, able to prioritize focuses with company KPIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, collaboration and communication skills.
