Responsibilities:
  • Act as an individual contributor to strategize and implement sales management strategic plans for core segments in Personal Banking and Wealth Management in the sphere of various banking products so as to meet the overall business objectives
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of business strategies, proposition and tactical plan, facilitate the implementation of key strategic projects including digital initiatives and branch transformation projects
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Product Manager/ Segment Manager to promote and implement the overall business strategies
  • Recommend on sales strategies, procedures revamp and measures, etc. with the aim of boosting sales effectiveness and performance
  • Oversee the strategic sales implementation plans, sales performance measurement and sales process streamlining initiatives, etc. to enhance sales efficiency
  • Conduct portfolio management and handle OCRMs to maximize sales management effectiveness
  • Compile sales performance tracking, activity management reports
  • Support in regular business update and insight sharing with sales performance analysis including market and trend analysis for management review
  • Oversee the organization and implementation of ad hoc projects according to business needs
  • Support in regular front line communication including Townhall and best practice sharing
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related discipline
  • At least 5 years' experience in banking or financial industry, which must be hands-on sales management experience
  • Strong planning, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong banking sense and self-motivated with good analytical and project management skills and be able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written including Putonghua
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Management Manager
