Our client is a fast-growing local bank, looking for an Accounting Policy Manager responsible for providing advice on accounting standards/ certain treatments on new products. Big Four candidates with banking focus and CPA qualification will be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Advise accounting standards and other rules/regulations which have impact on financial reporting/disclosure
- Work with different stakeholders including internal and external auditors in respect of system audit and statutory audit
- Address accounting issues with internal departments
- Conduct post-launch review of accounting entries for new products
- Perform tasks for compliance with accounting standards

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance
- Qualified CPA with at least 7 years of experience in (retail/corporate) banking industry
- Excellent spoken English AND Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Self-motivated, proactive attitude
- Proficiency in MS office, Word and PowerPoint
