Your key responsibilities:
  • Managing business trips schedule and bookings for client facing staff and to ensure bookings are complied with the banks' travel policy and cross border policy.
  • Consolidate cross border travel reports, preparing travel reports for audit and management review.
  • Preparing and submitting expense claims promptly and accurately; Process corporate card and cash expenses for reimbursement.
  • Consolidate expense report and budget report for management review.
  • Provides administrative support for account opening documentations and marketing materials.
  • Provides administrative support for clients' gift ordering, scheduling client lunch/ dinner, and daily courier services.
  • Managing and scheduling regular investment / team meetings and to provide support for rooms reservation, meeting materials printing, audio/ video facilities etc.
  • Works with regional Marketing department to assist external Client events and road show.
  • Provides support to cover absence of team members to ensure smooth operations.
Your skills and experience:
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Proactivity, commonsense and ability to use initiative
  • Proven administrative experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating a passion for quality and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work flow, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Ability to deal with sensitive, confidential information.
  • Fluent Cantonese and English, verbal and written is a must
