We are seeking high calibers to join our team as
Assistant Business Planning Manager.
Principal Responsibilities - Support digital business planning role including setting & tracking of key business performance indicators, both on digital sales and platform engagement; & coordination on management reporting with data visualization & actionable insights;
- Identify, gather, integrate, and analyze relevant data and prepare high quality reports to management;
- Support business planning activities including financial, technological and resource planning, prioritization, budgeting and relevant governance for Digital Banking
- Support strategic engagements/ planning and constructs to maximize the benefit in terms of capability for business development
- Support senior management decision making by the use of management information, performance information, analytics, stakeholder feedback and the alignment with the Bank / Wealth & Personal Banking strategies
- Support the various people agenda for the department including career and talent development, future skill nurturing and staff engagement
Requirements - More than 3 years' banking experience, preferably with experience in strategic planning and staff development
- University degree in relevant qualifications with past working experience in relevant role e.g. Business Planning, Analytics, Finance, ecommerce etc.
- Proficient in creating dashboards and custom reports to senior management
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese and Putonghua (preferable)
- Open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
