Prime Business AVP

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Prime & Equity Head on strategic planning, budgeting, business planning and implementation for APAC Prime business
• Oversight of the business operation flow and act as the contact point in coordinating cross-function strategic initiatives
• Define business priorities and drive revenue growth strategy to track the delivery progress
• Perform tactical and strategic analysis on different business decision-making
• Drive and implement business development and resource allocation
• Keep track on financial budgets, policies, and cost recoveries
• Identifying resource optimisation opportunities
• Creating business materials and manage relationship with both internal and external senior stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in relevant disciplines
• At least 4-6 years' experience in investment banking or prime brokerage background
• Experience in macro scale program management and business management
• Good understanding in Prime & Equity Finance Trading
• Sound knowledge in regulatory policies, finance and product control skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage various senior stakeholders
