Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities on start-ups with high commercialization potential
- Construct financial models and performing technical analyses
- Summarize the due diligence findings in investment recommendation memoranda for internal Investment Committee
- Prepare and presenting investment recommendations
Qualification:
- Hands-on start-up experience in a tech or related sector
- Demonstrated financial modeling and valuation analysis experience in private equity/venture capital/corporate venture/Investment Bank/Equity Research/Consulting/Big4
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese & English
- Proactive self-starter with passion for investing
