• The Project Lead role will provide support to all ongoing/future projects for Actuarial & Finance functions at PHKL
• Drive change management for Future Finance and other process improvement initiatives
Job Descriptions:
Project/Change Management - Leading the change management initiatives across Future Finance projects on an ongoing basis
- Setting up meetings and leading discussions on governance forums across Actuarial & Finance functions
- Responsible for managing the vendor related approvals and budgeting process.
- Project planning, tracking, escalations and communications
- Managing inventory of all vendors related contingent staff, renewals, third party risk management, etc.
- Managing governance with the group office, internal teams on an ongoing basis
- Preparing management summaries for various forums like business meetings, ACR reviews, Steering committee meetings etc.
Process efficiencies/Improvements - Review existing process, systems, tools etc. and suggest improvements as necessary.
- Identify cost reductions, efficiency areas and drive projects independently.
- Manage ad-hoc requests for data, information, project status from internal stakeholders
Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders across A & F functions and group stakeholders: - Internal PHKL: Actuarial teams, Finance, IT, Risk and Compliance.
- Group: Finance (including "Future Finance" transformation project), Actuarial, IT, project management, groupwide internal audit (GwIA), Risk and Compliance.
- External: auditor, system providers (eg actuarial modelling software), consultants and contractors
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 8-10 years' experience driving transformation/Change management projects.
- Excellent Project management and change management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels (ie working level staff to C-level executives).
- Experience managing third party vendors.
- Proficient in Project Management tools.
- Insurance /Finance project experience preferred.
- PMI or related certifications preferred.
- Knowledge/understanding of automation tools like Alteryx preferred.
