• Project manager will be responsible for projects administration across FFP/Business
• Work closely with Project Lead and Head of change to track project deliverables and report periodically
Job Descriptions:
Project management - Track all projects across Future Finance Program, business projects, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Independently lead meetings with business owners for updates, escalate matters as needed and proactively suggest corrective action plans.
- Vendor management: Ensure inventory of all vendors related statements of work are clearly documented, all processes followed and executed within the firms' policies.
- Keep track of budgets across all projects and monitor for any deviations.
- Setting up meetings and leading discussions on governance forums across Actuarial & Finance functions
- Responsible for managing the vendor related approvals and budgeting process.
- Preparing project updates, presentations, funding request documents, etc. as required
- Deliver on ad-hoc requests from leadership/business owners if necessary
Process efficiencies/Improvements - Review existing process, systems, tools etc. and suggest improvements as necessary.
- Identify cost reductions, efficiency areas and drive projects independently.
- Manage ad-hoc requests for data, information, project status from internal stakeholders
Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders across A & F functions and group stakeholders: - Internal PHKL: Actuarial teams, Finance, IT, Risk and Compliance.
- Group: Finance (including "Future Finance" transformation project), Actuarial, IT, project management, groupwide internal audit (GwIA), Risk and Compliance.
- External: auditor, system providers (eg actuarial modelling software), consultants and contractors
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-8 years' experience driving projects/change management initiatives
- Excellent Project management and change management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing third party vendors.
- Proficient in Project Management tools.
- Insurance /Finance project experience preferred.
- PMI or related certifications preferred.
