About our client

Our client is globally respected within the private markets space and deemed as one of the top performing private equity funds. They are now looking to hire an Associate into their Investor Relations team to focus on project managing fundraising mandates and monitoring the portfolio. This role will be based in their Hong Kong office. What the job involves
  • As part of this high-performing team, you will be responsible for the execution and project management of their APAC fund raises - this includes: Evaluate LPs' appetite and strategised marketing focus/timeline; prepare marketing materials (pitch book, PPM, track record etc.); organise road shows; responding to all customized LP DDQs, ad-hoc questions and general requests
  • Responsible for providing and organising regular portfolio updates, quarterly reporting on the portfolio companies, able to coordinate with the internal teams to obtain data/information and put this into investor friendly formats
Who we are looking for
  • Experience in a bulge bracket investment bank or at a global top tier placement agent, or at the private capital advisory / private funds teams
  • Native-level fluency in English. Additional Asian languages are a strong plus
  • Graduated from a top-tier university
  • Strong business writing skills and ability to clearly and accurately communicate
  • Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised and able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Ability to synthesise technical information and prepare technical materials and related documentation in a timely manner
