Your key responsibilities: - Be the responsible trader for a specific Flow trading strategy (eg.China HY, Asia sovs, Distressed) managing to revenue targets under limit framework
- Provide direction for Desk Analysts and Coverage groups
Your skills and experience: - Extensive knowledge of at least one APAC Corporate market
- Minimum 6 years trading in the APAC credit space and 4 years in trading - proven track record essential
- Experience working closely with Trading desk inc. Coverage/Analysts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Existing client relationships preferred
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team
- Interest in putting on trade ideas and working closely with other traders, desk analysts and sales
- Educated to a Degree level or with relevant industry experience
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders
