Process Optimisation Manager - Corporate Risk & Compliance Department (Job ID 4537)
Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative review / analysis to ascertain root cause of business / operation issues, identify opportunities in workflow streamlining, service migration or system enhancement / automation
- Develop tactics and proposals for process optimisation assignments
- Lead projects and handle deliverables to ensure project objectives and benefits are accomplished timely
- Collaborate with other departments / teams in designing, developing and delivering initiatives for continuous improvement
- Support supervisor(s) to manage project programmes and coach team members
Requirements
- University graduate, major in business administration, finance, statistics, data science or related disciplines
- Preferably over 8 years experience in banking sector
- Experience in project management or business transformation is preferred
- Good understanding of relevant policies, procedures, practices and rules issued by HKMA, SFC, IA and other regulatory bodies
- HKIB qualification would be an advantage
- Sound knowledge in corporate banking will be an advantage
- Able to plan prioritise, lead project and meeting independently and effectively
- Self-motivated with excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua as preferable
