Job Descriptions:
• Implement and perform daily duties and tasks in relation to new agent appointment, licensing, agency records maintenance, visa renewal and CPD reporting.
• Prepare routine reports and ensure due completion of the daily duties and tasks. Promptly handle and resolve special and complicated cases and enquiries.
• Contribute to system enhancement project to provide opinions and ideas for User Requirements and perform User Acceptance Test.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree holder in any disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in agency administration
• Experience in agency operations / familiar with agency culture
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good commend in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
