The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent leadership skills, and extensive experience in machine learning and predictive modeling. Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and data engineers, encouraging a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to improve agent performance and optimize distribution strategies.
- Use advanced analytics techniques to generate insights and optimize decision-making processes.
- Develop and establish dashboards and reports to monitor critical metrics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to align data initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected from various sources.
- Develop and improve algorithms for agent segmentation and targeting.
- Deliver actionable insights to optimize agent recruitment, retention, and efficiency.
Minimum Job Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- We prefer candidates with at least 8 years of experience in data analysis, specifically in machine learning and predictive modeling. Leadership experience is also preferred, especially in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
- Expertise in both conceptualizing and building AI/ML models.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performance teams.
