Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to provide assistance in client management and services
- Act as the primary point of contact for selected clients, including managing daily administrative tasks, client servicing and ensure proper compliance guidelines
- Assist in client account opening, trade execution and account periodic review
- Ensure effective and timely management of all aspects of customer service delivery, including securities trading and other transactions
- ensure strict compliance and legal guidelines are adhered to with all internal policies and external regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in relationship management assistant or similar
- Strong analytical, prioritization, communication skills and problem solving skills
- Previous wealth management experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Work closely with your RM and become responsible to assist in serving the clients
