Private Wealth Solutions was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Partnering with many of the worlds largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstones Private Wealth Solutions team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstones alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.

Private Wealth Solutions – 2025 Summer Analyst
Job Description:
In this role, the Analyst will be supporting the PWS distribution business in the region. The role will be involved in multiple functions across PWS, including but not limited to, Sales, Investor Services, Product Strategy, Business Development, Marketing and Global Strategy Partnerships. The role will potentially be supporting multiple projects and initiatives at one time such as conducting market research, project management for product launches, participation in internal product teach-ins and client sessions, execution of distribution agreement negotiations, investor due diligence, marketing material requests, roadshow coordination and the fund closing process.
The role will be working closely with PWS members globally and will have interface with various internal stakeholders including legal/compliance department, finance, and other groups within the firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to gain experience at one of the world class Alternative Investment firms, would like to participate in one of the fastest growing businesses at Blackstone. In addition to gaining substantial product knowledge and supporting the growth of PWS in the region, the role will also develop familiarity across other important aspects including sales, legal documentations, product operations, marketing, strategic planning and more.

To be considered for the 2025 Summer Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as a fulltime undergraduate or masters degree student. If you are pursuing a masters degree, you should have no more than 1 year of fulltime working experience
- Anticipated graduation date: September 2025 – June 2026
- Mandarin / Cantonese language skills (both written and spoken) highly desirable.
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.
- Resume must be in PDF format.
Summer Internship Program Commencement
June to August 2025 (8-10 weeks)
