Job Responsibilities:
- Promote custody services to institutional clients in relation to various fund and investment products such as QDII, RQFII, QFII, offshore fund etc.
- Manage client relationship and identify potential business opportunity
- Engage in client on-boarding and due diligence process
- Develop and review policy and procedures of custody services to mitigate risks and improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including RM, legal, compliance, operations and clients
- Maintain custody account relationships, provide after-sales service, organize regular client service reviews, assist in collecting client feedback, keep abreast of client demands for custody services, and comment on client-related workflows.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of solid experience in custody client on-boarding
- Solid experience and knowledge on SWIFT and custody operations
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and independent
- Occasionally business travel is required
- Proficient in MS Office applications, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
