Sound like you? Then read on. About the Role Monitor operations under various functions of Business Continuity Management and Process Optimization to support Life Business and ensure all tasks are completed under legislation obligation.
Responsibilities: Process Optimization and Management of Support Services for Operations
- Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity and identification of better ways of working.
- Gather business requirements, create flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams.
- Determine analytical methods and find efficient alternatives.
- Research, analyze, recommend changes to business process to improve operational efficiencies, service, quality, accuracy.
- Develop process documentation and project plans.
- Analyze and monitor implemented changes to business processes and make adjustments as needed.
- Write up enhancement requirements and work with relevant parties for the whole process enhancement.
- Designs and prepare documentation and communications supporting new processes.
Monitor Operation
- Monitor all tasks closely to ensure full compliance to internal & external benchmark.
- Monitor the daily productivity of the outsourcing services for Life business and coordinate with vendor to ensure the fulfilment of service level.
- Handle complaints and enquiries.
- Identify all potential risks and develop control procedures/preventive measures.
- Drive cross team support in order to achieve better management on the back arrangement of tasks
Vendor Management and project management to ensure service quality and control
- Review and update the BC arrangement of service providers to ensure the continuity of service provision.
- Prepare all meeting materials/documentation in a timely manner.
- Conduct RFP/ contract renewal with service providers.
- Develop and monitor control measures, and conduct periodic review.
- Develop project plans and work with internal and external parties to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage the performance of service provider.
Other Responsibilities
- Improve accuracy and refine the operation manual from time to time.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by manager in order to meet Company's standard and guidelines and/or other requirements.
- Handle and review various departmental reporting including budget report, risk and compliance report, inventory report, productivity report, audit report, etc.
- Review departmental access control and departmental BIA and BCP.
- Support audit exercises and follow up the Information Security/audit issues.
Requirements: - University graduate
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Good PC Skills in MS office
