Job responsibilities:
1. Workplace decoration and renovation: follow up new office decoration projects, communicate with decoration suppliers and property management
2. Procurement and supplier management: search for quotations, contact and negotiate with suppliers, place orders and purchase daily necessities and gifts
3. Company activity welfare support e.g. employee afternoon tea arrangement, company festival activities, etc
4. Office asset management: daily supplies, fixed assets, gifts warehouse management
Job Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of administrative/secretary/other related work experience, full-time bachelor degree or above is preferred;
2. Proficient in MS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and office automation equipment and office software;
3. Fluent in Chinese, Cantonese and English, familiar with the work flow related to administration and office management, good communication, coordination and organization skills;
4. Responsible, meticulous and rigorous in work, with strong sense of principle and confidentiality, good teamwork ability and service awareness, responsible and proactive in work.
5. Working experience in a Chinese company is preferred
