Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with a strong commercial execution background to join our Enterprise Account Management team for Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan. The primary focus of this role is to expand market share and improve profitability of the business. You will manage a merchant customer portfolio to increase share of checkout, drive product penetration through solution cross-sell and upsell and work with relevant internal key stakeholders to manage end-to-end sales and servicing process. With proven ability in engaging and managing relationships at executive level, you will support customers in developing their respective strategies to drive growth and resolve pain points. Your success in this role will be based on incremental margin and portfolio growth target attainment.

Job Description:

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic relationship with enterprise customers at executive level
  • Drive revenue growth of the business to meet incremental margin and portfolio growth target on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle for assigned account portfolio from opportunity discovery, negotiation, contracting, integration t deal closure
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams including but not limited to Risk, Finance, Product, Business Operations and Integration to create sustainable success
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM system, including activity logs, pipeline status and revenue forecasts
  • Act in accordance with our compliance and regulatory obligations at all times

Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Successful and proven sales track record selling to enterprise level clients
  • Growth mindset to drive incremental revenue for assigned account portfolio through cross-sell and upsell of products
  • Strategic Account Development and Relationship Management experience in building executive level relationships
  • Ability to be thought partner and advisor to problem solve and drive value-based conversations with clients
  • Strong commercial acumen in building business cases, developing account plans and executing initiatives
  • Excellent pipeline management experience from prospecting through to deal closure
  • 8-10 years' experience in fintech, payments, banking and e-commerce preferred
