I am looking for a Head of Operational Excellence for my client, a leading Retail Bank in Hong Kong. He/She will drive the development and transformation of the Branch network strategy by creating, implementing, and supporting innovative and comprehensive solutions for branch operations and diverse customer segments.

Pure Hong Kong - Hong Kong - Full time

Salary: Depending on experience


Requirements:

• Cantonese/ Mandarin is MANDATORY

•  > 12 years of working experience in strategy and project management within the banking sector, with a strong understanding of operational processes
