Job Description: Job Description - Lead one of the agency distribution teams to manage, promote, and drive all sales and servicing aspects of MPF business to achieve assigned targets.
- This role will be pivotal in enhancing the coordination and support for our agency force, particularly in onboarding and nurturing new or non-MPF agencies. The Associate Director will also play a key role in supporting the growth of MCI agents, ensuring they receive the dedicated resources and guidance needed for their successful integration and development.
- Additionally, the role involves assisting the Head of Agency Distribution developing a team with a strong spirit and focused on providing a streamlined, one-stop solution and comprehensive account management services to enhance agency satisfaction. The Associate Director will also be responsible for driving a strategic shift from purely incentive-driven sales to a more holistic approach that incorporates motivational strategies, ultimately transforming product-selling into a broader retirement planning solution approach.
Responsibilities Sales Leadership :
- Lead one of the agency distribution teams to assisting the team head and the Head of Agency Distribution and foster a high-performance, agency and customer-focused culture that drives both individual and team success.
- Strengthen relationships with key agency partners, and to provide streamlined, one-stop solutions with whole-account management mentality, ensuring higher agency satisfaction.
MCI (Mainland Chinese Individual) Support: - Provide targeted support to a growing base of MCI agents, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed in MPF business.
Distribution Development: - Expand the distribution channel by increasing productivity and # of productive agents in assigned agencies.
Team Building: - Foster a team culture centered on collaboration, responsiveness, and excellence in service, ensuring that the team consistently delivers high-quality support to our agency partners; and to empower the team's knowledge and skills through appropriate training and guidance
Contest/Campaign Management: - Assist to design and implement sales & marketing strategies into contest/campaign or challenge with Marketing and Agency Development as well as the subsequent monitoring and status update/report; and to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
Compliance and Best Practices: - Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards, particularly in discussions involving MPF products and their integration into broader financial planning solutions.
Qualifications - University Degree, Major in Marketing / Business Admin preferred
- At least 10 year relevant experience with minimum 5 years in managerial role
- Extensive experience in driving agency sales
- Knowledge of the pension market, including products, distribution channels, clients and MPF regulations.
- Excellent written/verbal presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin a must)
- Strong PC skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Candidate with fewer experience may be considered as Manager.
