This role is to achieve business targets in line with corporate direction, to support agency and business development by well managing sales channels and executing various business programs and efficiency operations.
Job Responsibilities: - Assist the team lead to provide frontline support, drive sales of products and agency management, to achieve business growth and healthy business portfolio
- Drive business with various business activities including channel visits, providing product training, launch of incentive programs, etc.
- Drive and motive agents' awareness and activities in GI and GI2Life
- Organise events / functions for specific group of agents (i.e., Priority Agent & potential agents), to grasp more GI opportunity
- Produce and implement strategies to support company goals
Job Requirements: - Degree or Diploma graduate with professional insurance qualifications in general insurance (ACII or ANZIIF)
- Minimum of 7 years of solid working experience with at least 3 years in supervisory experience
- Experience in handling multi-distribution channels, in particular life agency is advantage
- Solid exposure in developing and underwriting general insurance / employee benefits business
- Sales-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin strongly preferred
