Job Description:
The right incumbent is expected to be responsible, under direction, for all-round supporting on various HR related functions. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:
- Serve as liaison between employee, service provider and immigration officer for Hong Kong and Overseas immigration matters relating to work visas. Monitor visa application and renewal, track deadlines and expiration dates.
- Gather information on legislations changes in relevant jurisdictions which are related to employment visa.
- Organizing, auditing, cleansing and maintaining HR data. Assist in preparation of various HR reports and analysis.
- Recommend process improvements, identify issues, and make suggestions as appropriate.
- Participates in HR related UAT including performing the tests and analyzing the results for Hong Kong and Overseas offices.
- Work on ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Core Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree holder.
- 2-7 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience with data analysis and data visualization is a plus.
- Good command in English and Mandarin.
