AM/ M, Fund Accounting (Mutual Fund/ MPF)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager / Manager of Fund Accounting to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the fund accounting operations for regulated mutual funds, MPF, and ORSO schemes.

Salary: HK$35k - HK$45k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily fund accounting activities for mutual funds, MPF, and ORSO schemes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely calculation of net asset values (NAVs).
  • Manage the reconciliation of fund accounts and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for mutual funds, MPF, and ORSO schemes.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and implement necessary updates to processes and controls.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fund accounting professionals.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness within fund accounting processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in fund accounting, focusing on regulated mutual funds, MPF, and ORSO schemes.
  • Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
