Reporting to the Team Head, you will be responsible to perform maker role in preparing various reports and performing monitoring functions related to facility limits and pledged collateral.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily management and regulatory reports
  • Ensure timely submission of assigned reports in relation to facility limits and pledged collateral
  • Ensure all reporting and monitoring tasks are performed accurately in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and other external regulatory requirements
  • Follow up with relevant parties on obtaining the required approvals / rectifications for collateral shortfall and limit excesses
  • Handle audit confirmation and bank reference check requests timely and accurately
  • Handle all CCRA and CRA related tasks, such as the preparation of regular usage and data submission / data contribution files, in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
  • Perform daily fee collection
  • Ensure due compliance of the guidelines / procedures / policies on department level, bank level and audit/compliance standards
  • Ensure that dual control (maker-checker control) is in place where manual or non-straight through process are involved
  • Meet service level / performance pledge of responsible work areas
  • Perform o ther assignments and /or projects as assigned by supervisor and/or department head from time to time
Incumbent Requirements:
  • Diploma holder or above with minimum 5 years' relevant experience in banking industry
  • Good knowledge on credit administration functions, such as credit control and monitoring function s, and corporate / retail banking products
  • Good knowledge on relevant banking laws and regulatory requirements stipulated by relevant supervisory authorities
  • Detail oriented, hardworking, good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player and able to work as a team and under tight deadlines
  • Good PC skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Access programming
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
