Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute project management and software development governance, ensuring related policies, standards, methodologies, and procedures are adhered by all teams in IT
  • Act as focal point to risk management and audit, facing off internal/external auditors and coordinating actions across various teams
  • Coordinate the reporting and follow-up for IT related internal operational incidents
  • Prepare executive reports for management

Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Computer Studies, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mastery of Power Point and MS Office tools
  • Ability to structure problems in logical ways, grasp conceptual ideas and complex matters and turning them into concise summaries and logical diagrams
  • Detailed oriented
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Critical thinker and are not afraid to counter propose alternatives
  • Previous exposure to auditing, risk and control management or consultancy work is a plus
  • Knowledge in software development and Agile methodology is an advantage
  • Experience in banking / insurance and IT industry is highly preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
