Job Description: Role Summary To take advantage of the growth of High Net Worth (HNW) clients and families globally, one of Sun Life strategic priorities has been to develop an HuBS HNW Proposition, and build a leading HNW Global HuBS business. There is significant service, support and alignment needs across the 3 HNW entities in Hong Kong, Singapore and Bermuda. This role is to organize, administer and coordinate the businesses, events, calendars and developments across the business locations. Job Responsibilities Business Planning and Support - Support for HuBS strategic forums and business reviews including agenda and content preparation (e.g. distribution strategy, sales/profitability etc.)
- Develop plan and support execution of regular product training across HuBS
Measurement and Tracking - Partner with BU finance team to analyze/present sales/profitability numbers for business review meetings
- Monitor HuBS broker sales performance and track progress of loyalty programs
Communications - Partner with Distribution heads to create consistent content for broker events and other external communication from HuBS
- Lead process for coordination and communication of changes to forms, processes, and guidelines internally and externally
Event Planning and Logistics - Organize and manage shared HNW Distribution event calendar
- Support planning and logistics for shared HNW distribution events across HuBS locations (Hong Kong, Singapore, and Bermuda)
- Track and report HNW distribution event expenditures across HuBS
Job Requirement - Degree holder in Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science
- Possess at least 8 years' relevant experience in Broker/ HNW/ Sales and Sales Support/communication/marketing or events
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proactive with strong client mindset, passionate to drive and deliver the results with creativity in a concise and accurate manner
- Independent with excellent problem solving and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
