Key Responsibilities
This position sits under the APAC Office. You will be:
- Responsible for the business performance, P/L analytics, and growth strategies in Asia
- Perform in-depth business and financial analysis, identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Evaluate cost-benefits of existing products, distribution channels, and partnerships
- Formulate and implement strategies to achieve business goals across the region
- Conduct regular reviews with local businesses on KPIs, product performances, and plans of action to achieve various goals
- Take part in monthly presentations to the C-Suites
- Build long-term trust and relationships with internal stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting Business, or a related discipline
- 8-12 years of experience in business finance, or performance management from the insurance industry
- Regional experience is most preferred
- Solid knowledge of insurance products, markets, and financials
- Make a positive impact on the business with a flexible and strategic mindset
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
