Principal Accountabilities:

  • Proficiency in analyzing data support decision-making and track the progress of strategic projects.
  • Conducting market research to gather insights on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Understanding financial statements and metrics to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Managing strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Supporting change initiatives and helping to manage the transition process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey analysis and insight.

Candidate Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in an enterprise level strategy or change role within the Insurance industry or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or related field;
  • Delivery / execution focused, comfortable with high level of uncertainty, highly adaptable.
  • Able to build and sustain programme structures, lead project activities, and interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of experienced professionals.
  • In-house function experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English (ability to speak one of more Asian languages desirable).
  • Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups across multiple locations, territories, and cultures.
  • Possess high integrity, good analytical mind, and decision-making capabilities.
