Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for insurance distribution channels to meet sales targets and enhance market presence.
- Lead and oversee a team of distribution professionals, providing mentorship, training, and support to drive performance excellence.
- Drive distribution initiatives, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities within the Greater Bay Area (GBA) region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize distribution processes, improve customer service, and align product offerings with market demands.
- Monitor distribution performance metrics, generate regular reports for senior management, and recommend actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in insurance distribution management, preferably within the GBA area.
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry in China, focusing on distribution strategies and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with stakeholders, while Cantonese language skills are considered advantageous.
- Strong leadership capabilities, strategic acumen, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Possession of professional certifications such as CFP or FLMI would be a plus.
