So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on. About the Role We are seeking a high-performing individual with experience in insurance industry and strong background in selling individual health and critical illness insurance products to join our team in supporting our Agency force
Roles and Responsibilities: - Developing channel activation strategies to meet business goals
- Providing in-depth medical knowledge & education to our agents to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and service our health and critical illness insurance products
- Act as a subject matter expert and own key aspects of the channel activation function for the whole team
- Assisting agents with complex policy inquiries, coverage explanations, and claims support for our health and critical illness products
- Analyzing product performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements or agent training improvements
- Collaborating with the Agency Business Development, marketing and underwriting teams to develop sales materials, policy specimens, and other resources to support agent success
- Staying up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and competitor offerings in the health and critical illness insurance space
- Provide coaching to junior level staff in the team.
Other Responsibilities Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/ or other requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements: - Degree Holder, preferably in Business
- At least 8 years experiences in healthcare with relevant experience in medical insurance
- Must possess a sharp business mind and strong analytical skills to study competitors' information and user feedback to drive sales. With great communication skills to translate consumers' wants and needs into designs
- Quick learner and can work independently with little supervision
- Good interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft office with strong analytical skills.
