Job duties:
  • Lead and oversee a team of approximately 15 individuals in various back-office functions (including EQ settlement, FI Cash settlement, Corporate Action, Cash Management, and Account Services) under the supervision of the Head of Operations HK.

  • Ensure strict adherence to both internal and external regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant professional field.
  • At least 17 years of Operations or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Head of Securities Operations role or a similar leadership position.
  • Thorough understanding of Equities/Fixed Income product life cycles.
  • Demonstrates a robust understanding and expertise in settlements and corporate actions workflows (a crucial requirement).
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
  • Effective mentoring and leadership qualities.
  • Demonstrates a desire and capability to instigate change across all organizational levels.
