About The Company An E&M contractor is looking for an Assistant Project Manager. With ongoing project demands, they are currently recruiting for individuals with experience to building service design and development for ceiling, and modular OT for operation theatre.
About The Role As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordination of testing and commissioning processes on-site to ensure all scope of works are fulfilled according to key account's expectations.
Job Responsibilities - Carry out system design and development for building services (ceiling, and modular OT for operation theatre)
- Prepare technical and material submissions for full support to the tendering process
- Conduct site inspections to ensure all technical specifications are completed at a timely manner
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties for the fulfilment of project deliverables
- Prepare relevant reports and documents for a smooth and timely operational fulfilment
Job Requirements - Master of Science or Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Building Service Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of project engineering experiences, preferably all of which is obtained within the industry of E&M Engineering or Healthcare Services
- Previous knowledge to design and build for ceiling, and modular OT for operation theatre is required
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Senior Project Engineer
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
