Job Description: Job Description This role is entirely focused on enabling the success of group insurance products distribution through providing sales and administrative support during the selling and service activities to clients. You will not be involved in sales activities. You will only be communicating with clients directly to the extent that is necessary to support Sun Life's agents' activities.
- Achieve and exceed all new business targets set by company
- Manage, cultivate and win business and accounts in this complex competitive HK Group Business environment and to build sustainable relationships with key partners.
- Widen the local and overseas distribution through developing Sun Life's agents, and maintain good relationship with existing partners
- Ensure agents have the product knowledge, resources, and support they need to thrive in the market, and all information shared will be factual and objective, adhering to compliance standards.
- Assist supervisor to grow, expand and build a robust successful Agency business
- Enhance new business value by product diversification
- Explore industry trend and market intelligence; create market attention and promote the market proposition for business opportunities
- Launch Sun Life Agency initiatives and partnerships for Group Business and Project
Qualifications & Preferred Skills - University graduate with minimum 5 years' working experience in Employee Benefits in broker firm(s) or insurance company(ies)
- IIQE Paper 1 and Paper 3 and licensing is required for the role
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Mature and be a self-starter
- Good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills
- Good analytics and negotiations skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
- Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
