A role you will love With the successful establishment of our business in HK and China, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our Client Onboarding and Implementation team as a Project Coordinator.
The client implementation team is responsible for the implementation of employee share plans for HK, US, SGP-listed, A-share and pre-IPO companies. In addition, they will be responsible to implement new processes and tools whilst providing ongoing support to internal client service, operation teams and external clients.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Assist in managing all aspects of new client implementations, including setting up internal systems, preparing documentations, providing solutions to address client's enquiries etc.
- Analyse and manage clients' employee share plan data; Assist in managing clients' expectation and setting realistic timeframes to deliver consistent, timely and exceptional services to clients
- Participate in effective communications with clients and related parties, e.g. DR banks, brokers via conference calls/meetings
- Co-operate with colleagues around the globe on system management and enhancement
- Conduct internal projects / UATs with certain level of independence
- Respond to written emails and telephone enquiries from clients and internal teams
What will you bring to the role? You will have existing experience in project coordination and have client facing exposure preferably in a professional services field or within the financial services sector. You will be attentive to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
